I used your business for servicing my Chrysler Town & Country. I must say that I was very satisfied with the service that you provided me. I live in Kalamazoo, Michigan, and was visiting a friend in Orland Park over the New Year weekend. I had received this message about a recall and took my letter with me to take care of this problem while I was there. I found your Service Department to be very efficient and the service performed was very satisfactory.
I might say that, locally, I'm very disappointed. The Company that I have bought my last 4 Chrysler automobiles from, lost their franchise and I now have to go several miles to have my car serviced. Even though I had to drive 150 miles to have my car serviced this time, it was worth the trip!!

Bettenhausen is not your average dealer. Being a business owner and having a family, my time is limited and I didn?t want to waste it running all over to false promises. I knew exactly what I wanted and began to solicit dealers via email for information and specified that I don?t like surprises and didn?t want to waste my time on tactics to just get me into the dealership. I contacted 6 different dealers, of which 4 were ruled out due to not giving me the info I was looking for and always asking me ?when can we get you in for a test drive? and ?what can I do to earn your business?. One dealer gave me almost all of the information and numbers I was looking for so I decided to pay them a visit. Unfortunately, all of it was lip service as when I arrived the vehicle we had talked about actually had 5000 miles on it (I specified I wanted new) and the offer on my trade was insulting. After my car buying experience a month earlier purchasing a Honda Accord, my attitude towards car dealers was at an all-time low. I couldn?t understand how all of these different places could so blatantly ignore customer service and stick with old sales tactics.
Then, I found Bettenhausen! I emailed their sales address with my criteria and pricing I was looking for. Bill Smith responded and was a pleasure to deal with. We worked out all of the details over the phone and via email. He was patient while we looked for just the right truck and accommodated all of my questions. When I finally did go into the dealer, we worked through pricing and financing options. Again, Bill worked through all the different scenarios I asked about and changed things frequently to see how it affected payments. We finally agreed to a deal on a Mineral Gray 2011 Ram 1500 Laramie that evening and I left a deposit to get things rolling as there were a few items to be added to the truck. I picked the truck up a few days later and it was perfect! Bill and his staff did an excellent job and I couldn?t be happier. Bettenhausen?s business model is different from most every other dealer, but that model and their staff is what sets them apart from everyone else. If you?re looking for a Dodge, Jeep or Chrysler, don?t even bother wasting your time anywhere else! THANK YOU!
